Play Minecraft Tacoma

Bedrock Edition

mc.minecrafttacoma.com

Port: 25570

Java Edition (PC & Mac)

  1. Open Minecraft Java Edition.
  2. Click on Multiplayer > Add Server.
  3. Enter the server name: Minecraft Tacoma.
  4. Enter the server address: minecrafttacoma.com.
  5. Click Done, then select the server and click Join Server.

Note: Java Edition automatically uses the correct port via SRV record.

Bedrock Edition (Windows, Android, iOS)

  1. Open Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
  2. Navigate to Play > Servers > Add Server.
  3. Enter the server name: Minecraft Tacoma.
  4. Enter the server address: mc.minecrafttacoma.com.
  5. Enter the port: 25570.
  6. Click Save and then Join Server.
Note: Bedrock Edition requires both the server address and port to be entered manually.

Console Players (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch)

Use the BedrockTogether app on a mobile device to connect your console to the server.

Important Notes

This project follows a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) model. Participants need to have their own devices and valid Minecraft licenses.

We will also provide Minecraft Education Edition versions of our Tacoma worlds. Tacoma Public Schools students have access to this version through their school accounts.
